Warranty Policy

1. Products are under warranty:

Massage chairs, fitness machines, massage machines, induction cooker and other products of the OKIA brand.

2. Warranty period:

- The warranty period of massage chairs: 24 months (new) and 12 months (samples) from the date of purchase of the product.

- The warranty period of the massage and fitness equipment: 12 months (new) and 06 months (samples) from the date of purchase of the product.

- The induction cooker warranty period: from 12 months (new) and 06 months (samples) from the date of purchase of the product.

3. Product are not under warranty in the following cases:

- The products are specified not warranted by OKIA.

-  Customers can not produce the warranty card or warranty card is erased, modified the contents of the card, no stamp and signature of the sales representative.

- Warranty period of Product is expired.

- Products are damaged by natural disasters, fire, short-circuited, eaten off by rats, wrong used to the instructions or exceed the specifications

- Customer assembly and repair their products without permission.

4. The following parts are not covered by warranty:

- Cloth, leather, plastic wrap of product.

- Body and house of induction cooker.

- Plastic parts, arm of chair, back of the chair, the protection part of circuit box and chair leg.

- The included accessories such as batteries, stickers, wires (if available). the adapter is covered under warranty for three (03) months from date of purchase.

5. Repair cases with surcharges applied according to the company’s policy:

-  The product is not covered under warranty (in section 3).

- Accessories accompanying the product.

- These parts are not covered by warranty.

* Notes: Customers fails to present warranty card, the entire contents of the warranty will be charged when repair.
